In 1989, Mr. Lin, Nien-Tsai founded JINTAIYI ENTERPRISE CO., LTD., which has specialized in OEM design of moulds and photoelectric parts that have gained a reputation among industrial circles, moved toward the way of creating our own brand, successfully researched and developed products of private brand, and expanded itself constantly. We formally moved to Taichung Wurih (new) Plant—a momentous base of internationalization in 2008.
We will continue to pursue superior quality with our business philosophy of “Higher Target, More Rapid Efficiency, and More Far-reaching Value,” never slack off, and keep manufacturing extra-excellent products that our cooperative partners trust deeply.
To Put into ODM Based on Stable OEM
To transfer to do ODM is JINTAIYI’s important step to aspire after sustainable management.
Our enterprise started from OEM design at the initial stage, including the production of precision guide bushings and guide pins, die sets, optical components, and CD-R molds, processing of CNC millers, and CNC internal diameter grinder processing. However, we are not overly satisfied with and confined by the achieved stable OEM design service quality. Besides continuing to do OEM industry, we strive to develop ODM, and “JTY thin material coil leveling machine” is one of the works that we are proud of. Not only is our quality that takes the lead among industrial circles approved in Taiwan, but our products are marketed abroad smoothly, to be a significant milestone of internationalization.
Certification, Innovation, and Excellency
Although we are a traditional industry, we do not get into a rut, but are brave to challenge whatever that can make the company progress. Under the efforts of all colleagues, we finally passed the application of “Conventional Industry Technology Development” of MOEA in 2007, and this is definitely a positive and strong aid to our development of ODM.
A new plant shall have a prevailing new atmosphere. In order to let the production line be “even better” and pursue the state of higher quality, we have planned to apply for certification such as TS16949 to increase cooperative partners’ trust and reliance for JINTAIYI and stride forward toward excellency.
To look into the future, we will create more visible and invisible value with advanced facilities and manufacturing processes, innovative R&D technology, farsighted enterprise philosophy, and work hard unceasingly and consistently with the spirit of seeking novelty and surpassing constantly to keep standing firm in the trend of internationalized competition.
